I read somewhere else to attempt to use Disk Part using Shift + F10 to access a command prompt in the installer and format that way, but then it says I can't do that due to write protection. Apparently that's not good? Well fine, I'll re-install, only when I attempt to reinstall from my USB and attempt to delete/ format the partitions created earlier I get errors that I can't do that. I think, based on my research today, that maybe what is wrong is that I installed Windows 10 while CSM was enabled in BIOS. When I booted again I think Windows 10 did some auto recovery stuff but still got into Windows 10 fine. I installed Ryzen Master and didn't touch any overclocking at all, but ran CPUZ benchmark test, and Cinebench R20 Single and Multicore tests.
